I'm Brent Hailpern, a researcher at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, in Hawthorne, New York. My personal research interests are in programming languages, concurrent systems and object-oriented systems. I manage the Software Technology Department, which includes research in programming languages technology, software engineering, and human computer interaction.
